This black fetish collar fastens with a buckle at the back of the neck while the front features silvertone plate with a D loop from which hangs an with a eyecatching silver tone heart padlock.  

The full choker band is 19mm deep with a wider 43mm band layered underneath at the front.  The collar measures approx. 43cm (17 inches) with 6 buckle holes for size adjusting between 29 to 39 cm (11.5 to 15.5 inches).  2 keys are provided.
