Part of the TOCA Repairs Kit for Smart Targets.  Each Smart Target has 7 different straps.  Straps #2 and #4 have different left and right side straps.  Check out the included diagram to be sure that you are purchasing the correct strap.  Each strap will be sent with an appropriate ratchet clip for connection.
